Our Router/ONU have red light blinking, and we can not use internet.
Blinking red light is and indicatr for LOS, which in simple words means that there is some problem with the fiber, if you face this problem please inform our support at the earliest.
We have just recharged today but we're not able to use Internet.
If you have recharged after your line have already been expired then in that case, you have to restart the Router/ONU once to be able to access internet services. If you're still not able to use internet services please contact our support team.
Power light is blinking what to do?
We had several cases like this, this usually happens with faulty or improper, wallsocket. Please try to use another outlet/wallsocket once. It would fix the power light blink issue.
